Flourless Healthy Date Cake
  1. Pour boiling hot milk over dates and soak for 30 minutes

  2. Blend the soaked dates and milk together

  3. Combine date paste with tahini and coconut oil until combined

  4. Add all dry ingredients (ground oats, baking powder, and spices) to the mixture

  5. Optionally add chopped nuts on top

  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes

  7. Let cool off completely

  8. Mix tahini and maple syrup together to make the drizzle

  9. Serve cake with tahini maple drizzle
