Tiger Skin Eggs
  1. Boil eggs 6–7 minutes, then chill and peel. Dry them off.

  2. Sear eggs by frying in vegetable oil.

  3. Combine other ingredients in pan and cook until they form a sticky sauce.

  4. Serve topped with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
