Boil eggs 6–7 minutes, then chill and peel. Dry them off.
Sear eggs by frying in vegetable oil.
Combine other ingredients in pan and cook until they form a sticky sauce.
Serve topped with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
