Mix in protein powder, cocoa powder, flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until a thick brownie dough forms.
Roll into bite-sized balls and place on parchment paper.
Freeze 20-30 minutes until firm.
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
Dip brownie bites into chocolate glaze and place back onto parchment paper.
Refrigerate until the shell hardens.
Optional: sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while the chocolate is wet
