Samosa Balls
  1. Boil potatoes for 4 to 5 whistles and smash well

  2. In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes,onions capsicum , coriander leaves, green chillies and the mentioned spices powders and mix everything well

  3. Shape them into balls

  4. In a bowl add the maida , water and mix without Lumps

  5. Dip them into the maida slurry

  6. Coat them with shredded samosa sheets and coat it properly

  7. Deep fry them in medium hot oil and serve
