Boil potatoes for 4 to 5 whistles and smash well
In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes,onions capsicum , coriander leaves, green chillies and the mentioned spices powders and mix everything well
Shape them into balls
In a bowl add the maida , water and mix without Lumps
Dip them into the maida slurry
Coat them with shredded samosa sheets and coat it properly
Deep fry them in medium hot oil and serve
