One Pot Enoki Mushroom Beef Roll Rice
  1. Stuff frozen beef rolls with washed and sectioned enoki mushrooms

  2. Store in freezer or use immediately

  3. Wash and prep rice as usual and top with frozen beef rolls

  4. Optional: add edamame and any other toppings you want

  5. Rice cooker: cook on normal rice setting

  6. Instant pot: five minutes high pressure 10 minutes natural release

  7. Add 2 eggs and quickly cover with lid while Rice is still hot

  8. Wait 10 minutes or until egg is fully cooked and mix well

  9. Add chili oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil
