Rabokki Recipe
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and gochugaru.

  2. Add the sauce to a pot with 2 cups of water and bring it to a simmer. Simmer the tteokbokki until tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to the time on package instructions.

  4. Scoop everything out into a bowl and top with toasted sesame seeds and scallions. Add additional toppings as desired. Enjoy!
