Chop your nappa cabbage into chunks and tofu into small cubes

In a meal prep container, add half your chopped cabbage, broth sauce, meat, tofu, Korean rice cakes, bean sprouts, and enoki mushrooms
Seal the container and freeze overnight or until ready to eat
When ready to eat, remove the lid and microwave the container for 15 seconds to make it easy to remove the frozen block of ingredients
In a pot on high heat, add your frozen block of ingredients and beef bone broth and cover with a lid as it comes to a boil
Boil until everything is cooked through and enjoy
