5 Ingredient Chili Oil Pasta
  1. Cook your pasta and salt water reserve a cup of pasta water in case the sauce gets too thick you can use it to thin out.

  2. In a pan, add butter and minced garlic on low heat otherwise the butter and garlic will burn.

  3. Adding your chili oil after about 30 seconds of sautéing the garlic.

  4. Immediately after adding the chili oil, you can add in the heavy whipping cream and start stirring and let the sauce start to thicken. You can add Parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce.

  5. Add salt

  6. Add in the pasta extra Parmesan cheese if you like stir and let everything become well incorporated keep the heat on medium otherwise the heavy cream will separate you want to cook everything on medium low heat.

  7. You can use pasta water to thin out the sauce if it gets too thick.

  8. Garnish with extra chili oil if you like it, spicy parsley and Parmesan cheese.

  9. This pasta is best serve served hot.
