Quick 10 Minute Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard 9×5 loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  3. Pour the beer into the dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula just until combined. The dough will be thick and lumpy—do not overmix, or the bread will be tough.

  4. Pour the thick batter/dough into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the dough.

  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
