Sieve flour into a bowl and rub in the butter
Add in some of the water, mix with a knife. Add more water if needed, just enough to bring it all together
When it's all together, wrap it and leave it to rest for about an hour
After the rest, half the pastry and roll out it out enough to cover your plate. Grease your plate with butter so the pastry doesn't stick
Peel and chop your apples onto the pastry, add the sugar then roll out the second half of the pastry and place on top of the apples
Press down around the edge with a fork and pierce the top
Cook at 190°C for approx 45 mins
