Mango Salad
  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the mango, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and basil. Mix well.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, sweetener, oil, ginger, red chili flakes and salt. Whisk until smooth.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, then toss to coat.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
