Homemade Snickers
  1. Mix together shortbread ingredients and press into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.

  2. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.

  3. Let shortbread cool completely.

  4. Blend caramel ingredients until smooth.

  5. Add more or less coconut milk depending on your desired consistency.

  6. Spread caramel over the cooled shortbread.

  7. Top with a layer of peanuts.

  8. Freeze until firm.

  9. Cut into candy bar-sized pieces.

  10. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.

  11. Dip each bar in the melted chocolate.

  12. Place back in the freezer until set.

  13. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
