Cilantro Lime Rice
  1. First we'll cook 2 cups of rinsed rice in our rice cooker. [Medium grain white rice - 1:1.5 ratio (1 cup rice + 1 ½ cups water) Short grain white rice - 1:1.5 ratio (1 cup rice + 1 ½ cups water) Long grain brown rice - 1:2.25 ratio (1 cup rice + 2 ¼ cups water)]

  2. Once our rice is made. You will add salt according to your taste, mix, and transfer to a separate large bowl

  3. We will now add the juice from two limes, and ½ - 1 cup of chopped cilantro (Mix well)

  4. ENJOY!
