2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice, wine vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Whisk and season with pepper only.
Add 2 cloves minced garlic
Add 400 grams oyster mushrooms
Good them in the marinade gently. Set aside for 30 mins to 2 hours so they absorb the marinade.
Place mushrooms on BBQ grill and grill first side 2 mins or till grill marks appear then turn over and grill 2 mins in the other side.
Drizzle some Japanese mayo over a plate then place mushrooms on top and add some thinly sliced green onions and some sesame seeds if you want.
