Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté diced shallot until softened
Add diced garlic and cook until fragrant
Stir in chili crisp oil and chili crisp
Add cream cheese and mix until melted
Add smokey paprika and stir to combine
Toss cooked spaghetti with the sauce, adding pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency
Top with chopped parsley and grated parmesan
Add more cream cheese to taste if desired
