Lemon Creami Ice Cream
  1. Mix the lemon zest through the monk fruit sweetener to release the oils.

  2. Add the lemon juice and mix through.

  3. Add the Greek yogurt and milk, mixing as best as possible (some small chunks are fine).

  4. Freeze the mixture.

  5. Once frozen, let sit for 15 minutes to let the edges thaw slightly, then spin on light ice cream setting.
