Preheat your oven to 180°C/356°F.
Pat your chicken dry with a paper towel then salt it evenly on both sides. Make sure your chicken is skin-side down.
Combine the honey, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic and chili flakes in a bowl to make the glaze.
Add half of the glaze and the olive oil to the chicken.
Cook on high heat until the skin is golden brown. The chicken shouldn't be cooked inside.
Add the remaining glaze and the whole garlic cloves.
Turn your chicken skin-side up then place it in the oven for 45 minutes.
Garnish with the cilantro, green onions and lemon slices.
