Dehydrated Tomato Chips
  1. Wash and remove blossom end

  2. Slice in ¼ to ½" slices (6mm to 12mm)

  3. Season with favorite seasoning

  4. Dry at 125F/52C for 10-14 hours

  5. Test for dryness (snaps when cooled)

  6. Condition

  7. Store in an airtight container for up to a year
