Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Pasta Shells
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook pasta shells until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).

  3. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water for later.

  4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  5. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

  6. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.

  7. Add butter and minced garlic, stirring to coat the steak.

  8. Remove steak bites from the pan and set aside.

  9. In the same pan, pour in heavy cream and let it warm.

  10. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

  11. Whisk continuously until the sauce is smooth.

  12. If too thick, add reserved pasta water until reaching desired consistency.

  13. Toss the cooked pasta shells into the creamy parmesan sauce.

  14. Plate the pasta and top with garlic butter steak bites.

  15. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan, and serve hot.
