Spicy Mexican Street Shrimp
  1. Season raw shrimp with oil , salt, pepper , garlic powder, chipotle sauce and lime.

  2. Heat skillet or pan to high heat and add 2-3 tablespoons oil.

  3. Add shrimp when sufficiently heated but not smoking.

  4. Cook shrimp undisturbed for 1-2 minutes and then flip over. Cook another 2 minutes when shrimp are plumb remove to a serving plate.

  5. Garnish with crema , cilantro, cotija cheese and lime wedges.
