Preheat your Pit Boss grill or smoker to 300°F
In a large bowl, mix the chicken soup, mushroom soup, and green beans together.
Then place the mixture in an oven-safe casserole dish and cover with film and foil.
Place the dish on the top rack of your grill and bake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove your casserole from the grill and rest for 10 minutes covered.
Finally, uncover your casserole and top with fried onions.
