Carrot Wraps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/Gas 4. Line a baking tray with parchment.

  2. Put the grated carrots into a mixing bowl. Add the cheese, egg and a generous seasoning of salt and pepper.

  3. Divide the mix in half then spread it out on the baking parchment in rough circles, as thinly and evenly as you can.

  4. Slide into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and starting to colour at the edges.

  5. When ready remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray for 5 minutes, until cool enough to handle but still nice and pliable.

  6. Lay your fillings of choice on top and then fold over to eat them like a wrap or a taco.
