Ingredients
Add all ingredients except capsicum to a large pot.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 1.5 hours
Cook whole capsicums in BBQ (can use oven) until skin is lightly charred
Holding the stems, scrape the skin off the capsicums. remove stem and seeds.
chop the capsicum flesh and add to the pot with the other ingredients.
Cook for another 1 hour
Add to jars and store in fridge. Spread on toast, use in sandwiches/burgers, or eat it with a spoon from the jar =)
Method
Note. Traditionally, this has spice to it, but was removed for the kids.
Spice can be added using Chilli to taste.
