Steakhouse Burger

Burgers

1 ½ pounds ground beef

1 Tbsp steak sauce (such as A-1)

3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp steak seasoning

8 slices bacon (cooked)

4 burger rolls (split)

Bleu Cheese Spread

4 oz Whipped cream cheese

4 oz crumbled bleu cheese

1 tablespoon chopped chives

¼ teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning

Steakhouse Sauce

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp steak sauce

3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Preheat grilled to medium-high.
In a small bowl combine all of the Blue Cheese Spread ingredients and mix until combined. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine all of the Steakhouse Sauce ingredients and mix until combined. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the ground beef, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Mix by hand until combined. Divide burger mixture into four equal portions and form into patties.
Add burgers to grill cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until burger reaches desired doneness.
Slather Steakhouse Sauce on bottom half of bun. Place burger on top of bun and add a generous amount of Bleu Cheese Spread. Slather more Steakhouse Sauce on top half of bun. Top with your favorite toppings.
