Blend all of the marinade ingredients until smooth.
Combine with the pork and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat with a little vegetable oil.
Cook the pork for 7–10 minutes until almost cooked through, then add the onion and spring onion and continue cooking until the pork is caramelised and the onion is tender.
Finish with toasted sesame seeds and serve over steamed rice with cucumber, lettuce, kimchi and extra spring onion.
