Fish Tacos *
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375. Defrost fish, mix seasoning with a tabelspoon or too of oil to make a loose paste. Slather on the fish. Baked for 20-25 minutes, until flakey

  2. While thigns are baking, prep the slaw and sauce. Prep your sauce, it's just a rough mixture of sourcream, maypo, and the above seasonings. Add lime if desired.

  3. Cut your cabbage, tomato, avocado, cojita, and lime. Set aside. Heat some tortillas to soften. Top with fish and veg. :)
