Hyderabadi Shidwala Chicken
  1. Mix all the ingredients and let them marinate for as long as you can

  2. Add to a pot on low to medium heat and stir occasionally so it doesn't burn for around 45-50 minutes

  3. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and toast the aromatics

  4. Add the washed and soaked rice with salt and 1 tsp of chicken powder

  5. Add 2 ½ cups of water and once it boils and the rice starts soaking the water, drop the heat to the lowest, cover and let it cook for 20 minutes

  6. Once the chicken is super tender and sauce has thickened, garnish with a drizzle of cream and coriander

  7. Serve on a bed of rice and enjoy
