  1. In a large pot of boiling

  3. Cook macaroni according to package directions until just tender but firm. Drain well.

  4. Meanwhile

  6. Canadian Cheddar

  7. Mustard and pepper in a food processor or blender. Process until blended.

  8. Return macaroni to the pot. Add cheese sauce. Cook gently

  9. Stirring constantly

  10. Until mixture is creamy

  11. Smooth and thick - 3 to 5 min. Season to taste with nutmeg

  12. Worcestershire and Tabasco

  13. If desired. Serve immediately.
