Trim chicken as desired into 12 portions. Divide chicken evenly among freezer bags.
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse tomatoes and garlic until a thick paste forms.
Transfer tomato mixture into a medium bowl. Add wine, basil, pepper, salt, and sugar, and stir to combine. Divide sauce evenly over chicken.
Seal and gently shake each bag to combine contents. Freeze: Food will stay at optimal quality for up to 3 months in freezer.
