  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, paprika, garam masala, and lemon juice. Grill or bake till it gets some colour, it does not need to be cooked.

  2. In a large pan, heat ghee over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until they become translucent. Add water if needed.

  3. Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add tomato paste, salt and all curry spices to the pan. Cook out for 5 min.

  5. Add the grilled chicken and crushed tomatoes, then simmer on low for about 15 min, stirring occasionally.

  6. Stir in double cream and Kasoori methi. Cook out till the oil separates, about 15 min.

  7. Garnish with cream and coriander.

  8. Enjoy!
