80/20 Peking Duck
  1. Pat the duck pieces dry with paper towels.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, white pepper, and five-spice powder.

  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the duck pieces, making sure to get it into all the nooks and crannies.

  4. Place the seasoned duck pieces in the air fryer basket, skin-side up.

  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through, until the skin is crispy and golden brown.

  6. Brush the duck pieces with honey during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

  7. Serve the crispy Peking duck with your favorite accompaniments, such as scallions, cucumber, and hoisin sauce.
