Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) in one bowl
Mix wet ingredients (egg, milk, melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, Skyr) in another bowl
Slowly add wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined
Fold in fresh blueberries
Pour batter into a bread pan lined with parchment paper
Bake at 350°F for about 60 minutes
Let cool completely
