Make Blondie Dough
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix.
Combine melted butter and brown sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Make Pudding Layer
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in eggs.
Mix in pudding mix.
Assemble and Bake
Press ½ to ¾ths of blondie dough into pan.
Spread pudding layer over blondie dough.
Drop spoonfuls of remaining blondie dough over pudding layer.
Spread remaining blondie dough to cover pudding.
Bake at 350ºF for 42-46 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
