Cook pasta ahead of time, add avocado or olive oil so it doesn't stick together and refrigerate until you're ready to use.
In a small mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Whisk to combine and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to thicken up.
Prep veggies and combine all pasta salad ingredients in the largest bowl you have.
Add the entire creamy lemon dressing and stir.
Top with feta and basil. Serve and enjoy!
