Ricotta
Soak red lentils in boiling water. Drain and add to a blender with water and blitz until smooth.
Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 30 mins at 180 Celsius.
Cut into any shape you like and make sure they are not touching. Bake again for 20mins or until golden brown and crispy!
Add dip ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Dunk and enjoy!
