Mix marinade, combine with chicken in ziplock bag. Marinate for 24 hrs (minimum 4)
Mix tzatziki ingredients in bowl, set aside 20 minutes.
Combine salad ingredients in bowl.
Heat a bit of oil in a skillet or BBQ over medium high heat. Cook chicken 4 minutes on each side, rest for 5 minutes loosely covered with foil.
To serve, slice chicken (optional, can serve whole), smear bread with tzatxiki, place chicken and salad in center of pita bread, top with more tzatziki and roll up tightly.
