Add egg yolks and whisk to combine and incorporate well
Microwave at 50% power for 45 seconds to gently cook the egg yolks
Remove and whisk lightly
Microwave for an additional 30 seconds at 50% power
Add vanilla and whisk until smooth
Serve as a finishing sauce for desserts
