Lentil Dahl

    Dressings

  1. Squirt of Oil in a wide pan (dutch oven works but will take longer to cook lentils)

  2. Toast any Seeds (not Ground Spices)

  3. Add Onion until half done

  4. Add Ginger and Garlic, Finish Onion, dont burn Garlic

  5. Any Ground Spices

  6. Add Tinned Tomatoes, Lentils, Stew until lentils softened

  7. If using DRY LENTILS, Add Two Cups Water + Vegetable Stock Cube

  8. Add Coconut Milk, reserving a splash for serving

  9. Remove from heat and add Lime Juice

Serve with rock salt and reserved coconut milk, Dress with any or all dressings.
