Slow-Cooker Tamale Pork Shoulder
  1. Brown onion on 375 in Cuisine Art slow cooker.

  2. Add pork and brown together for a few minutes.

  3. Add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, tomato sauce, green chilies, and chipotle blob. Stir.

  4. Mix up tamale topping and pour over the meat mixture.

  5. Slow cook for 6 hours on low.
