Mike’s Smoked Salsa
  1. Smoke peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic for about 1 and ½ hours.

  2. Seed the peppers, and peel the tomatoes and garlic.

  3. Pull the leaves off the cilantro.

  4. Add all to blender and blend.

  5. Blend till semi smooth.
