Spinach Ricotta Lasagna Roll-ups
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, egg, Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Lay lasagna noodles flat, spread filling evenly, then roll each noodle tightly.

  4. Place roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce on top.

  5. Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  7. Garnish with fresh basil and extra Parmesan before serving.
