2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 cups Parmesan
2 eggs
2tsp Italian seasoning
I mixed it all up and spread it on a parchment lined cookie sheet, topped with pepperoni and baked at 350 for 25 min. The whole sheet pan is 24-25 carbs. I’m eating ¼ of it with a couple spoons of pizza sauce for dipping.
