Mash the banana in a bowl, add the egg, and mix until smooth.
Stir in the oats, grated carrot, milk, baking powder, and spices. Mix well until fully combined.
Transfer the mixture into baking dishes and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes.
For non sweet topping use Greek yogurt and nuts. For sweet topping mix Greek yogurt with syrup, and sprinkle with nuts.
