In a large bowl, stir softened cream cheese, jalapeños, green chiles, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese together. Dump into an 8x8 pan or 8 inch Ramekin.
In a small bowl, stir Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together. Pour evenly over the top of the dip.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until crumbs are browned on top and dip is heated through.
