In a bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce without overmixing
Separate mixture into four equal portions and form into patties
Heat a skillet to medium high heat and cook each patty for 3-4 minutes per side to get a good char
Remove patties and set aside
In the same pan, add butter and diced onion, season with pepper
Cook onions down for 10-15 minutes over low heat
Stir in brown gravy mix and water until thickened
Place patties back in the pan and spoon gravy over the top of each one
Cover with lid, turn heat to low, and simmer for about 10 minutes
Serve over mashed potatoes with corn and buttered white bread
