Preheat grill or smoker to 400F
Mix all ingredients except bacon into to make your burger meat
Divide 1lb of burger meat into 3 equal ⅓ lb sections
Form burger meat into the shape of a hot dog or sausage around a frozen string cheese
Wrap each burger dog with 2 slices of bacon
Season the bacon with your favorite BBQ Seasoning
Place in preheated grill or smoker for 25-30 minutes until bacon is an amber color, but not charred, ensure that beef is over 165F
Remove and let cool for 10 minutes
Serve in hot dog bun, with your favorite toppings and condiments
