Coconut Enzoni
  1. Add Campari and melted down coconut oil to a jar

  2. Shake well and let infuse at room temperature for 6-8 hours

  3. Place in freezer overnight

  4. Break up the solidified oil and discard

  5. Strain Campari to remove smaller chunks

  6. In a cocktail shaker, add green grapes

  7. Muddle grapes well

  8. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, coconut washed Campari, and gin to the shaker

  9. Add ice and shake well

  10. Double strain into a chilled lowball glass over ice

  11. Garnish with green grapes

  12. Serve and enjoy
