Boil the pasta according to package directions, drain, and place into a large bowl.
While the pasta cooks, chop the veggies and place them in the bowl.
Make the dressing by whisking together all the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl.
When the pasta is in the bowl with the chopped vegetables, pour the dressing over the top, toss to coat, taste, and make any necessary flavor adjustments.
