Preheat oven to 425°.. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and grease it with cooking spray.
In one dish, place the eggs mixed with your preferred amount of hot sauce. In the other dish, combine the crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Take each chicken breast and dip it into the egg, then cornflake mixture. Press the cornflakes onto the chicken to adhere.
Place the breaded chicken breasts on the wire rack on the baking sheet, with some space between them.
Bake the chicken for about 12 minutes, or until cooked through to 165°.
While the chicken is baking, mix together the honey, hot sauce, melted butter, and spices.
Brush the hot honey glaze generously over each piece of chicken while it’s still hot.
