Laine’s Keto Spinach & Feta Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 350 (365 for my oven) Line a baking sheet.

  2. Sauté onions in olive oil for 1–2 mins, then add spinach and carrots and sautee. Let cool.

  3. Mix egg whites, almond flour, baking powder, feta, and the spinach mix. Add a splash of olive oil if too crumbly.

  4. Shape into 6 biscuits or scoop onto sheet.

  5. Bake 20–25 mins until lightly golden.

  6. Cool slightly and devour warm
